Han Ji-eun is a naive writer who got swindled out of everything she owned including her house by her best friends. Stranded in China, She managed to borrow money from an actor Lee Young-jae to return to Korea. On her return, she found out that her house was bought by Lee Young-jae. In an attempt to get her possessions back, she entered in a contract marriage with Young-jae for one year. In spite of losing all, Ji-eun manages to be cheerful and takes things in strike and the business relationship between the two becomes personal as they start to rely and care for each other.

Cowboy Bebop is a 1998 Japanese anime series developed by Sunrise. It featured a production team led by director Shinichirō Watanabe, screenwriter Keiko Nobumoto, character designer Toshihiro Kawamoto, mechanical designer Kimitoshi Yamane, and composer Yoko Kanno. The twenty-six episodes of the series are set in the year 2071. It follows the adventures, misadventures and tragedies of a bounty hunter crew travelling on the Bebop, their starship. Cowboy Bebop explores philosophical concepts including existentialism, existential ennui, loneliness, and the past’s influence.

The series premiered in Japan on TV Tokyo from April 3 until June 26, 1998, broadcasting only twelve episodes and a special due to its controversial adult-themed content. The entire twenty-six episodes of the series were later broadcast on WOWOW from October 24 until April 24, 1999. The anime was adapted into two manga series which were serialized in Kadokawa Shoten’s Asuka Fantasy DX. A film was later released to theaters worldwide.

The show is about a boy, Adam Kieslowski, and a girl, Eva Strömdahl. Adam has Polish ancestry; his father is Polish. Eva is a Swedish girl. The two children live in Liljeholmen, a district of the Swedish capital Stockholm. During the show, Eva and Adam fall in love. Sometimes there are obstacles, but after a while a true love has developed. Other storylines in the show include friendship and bullying.

The show is based on the comic books with the same name. There was also a successful feature film made, called Eva & Adam – Fyra Födelsedagar och ett Fiasko.
